公司旗下的ROTHLEY品牌已有超過190年的歷史。ROTHLEY前身是制管廠George Byrne。George Byrne于 1826 年在英國伯明翰成立，公司主營黃銅床架、壁爐套件、窗簾桿等。當時正值工業革命的高峰期，隨著電力的引入公司開發了鋼管來容納公共建筑中使用的電線。1934年推出的瑪麗皇后號游輪（Queen-Mary）也使用到了公司的管材。
